Sizing
Do you take made to measure orders?

Yes! We understand each girl is unique, so we offer an option for made to measure on all our pieces at an additional £10. On the product page, select the made to measure option, once your order is placed, we’ll send you a form to complete with your measurements. If we cannot accommodate your measurements, we’ll send you a sorry and refund you the £10 immediately.

What are the measurements of your standard sizes?

Sizes differ per item and are listed on the product pages.

What if I’ve ordered the wrong size?

If you have quite a unique size, we recommend you choose our made to measure option. If you have chosen a standard size, and it doesn’t match your measurements, look to get it tailored locally. If you’d like to return the item, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Delivery And Returns
How long will delivery take and cost?

Depending on where you are, our delivery costs differ – these are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We estimate 6-8 weeks from ordering to you receiving the item(s).

What if I made a mistake in ordering?

Please email immediately if you’ve made a mistake in the delivery address or in your order. We cannot guarantee rectifying the mistake, but we will try!

Do you offer returns?

Yes, as per our Returns Policy.

Do you offer customisations?

Email us the product code and the customisations you need. We’ll email you if we can accommodate your customisations, and then you can place your order online. Customisations we can potentially offer are sleeve changes and/or colour choices.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you restock?

Email us the product code and we can check for you if and when it may come back in stock.
